The location of the boarding house, on the way to Poiana Brasov, easily accessible, is ideal both for those who wish to visit the touristic objectives of the old town and for those who wish to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The Stejeris Boarding House is situated in a green area, and its own garden with more then 2000 square meters, with hundreds of rose bushes, different types of coniferous trees, apple trees and pear trees represents an attraction by itself.

The services of our restaurant are also very attractive. It is classified as a three stars restaurant and it is famous among those fond of dainties because of fresh products, quality ingredients and some new recipes: pike-perch with peeled prawns, beef fillet with nuts dressing, pork ribs marinated in whiskey, frozen cow cheese mixed with chocolate and served with wild berries sauce. You can also find here many international foods, and those of you who love the “home-made like” food - Romanian traditional food. All these may be accompanied by a good wine, and we have several varieties, even from ecological grapes.

Our passion for food can be noticed in the quality of breakfast. Our guests may choose from different varieties in the menu:
• Romanian: scrambled/fried eggs, cold cuts, different sorts of cheese, vegetables, dairy products
• English (which must be ordered the evening before): fried eggs, fried bacon, mushroom sauté, bean seeds with tomatoes sauce, or
• the healthy menu: milk/yoghurt, different types of cereals, fruits.
Each type of menu is accompanied by a very high quality coffee made in a professional expressor, different types of tea and home-made confitures.

For those who do not only wish to delight their gustatory papillae, but also to thrill their eyes with the wonderful scenery of Brasov, Tampa Mountain and breathe fresh air, our terrace is available all year long. It is covered and equipped with an extremely efficient heating system, with external radiators.

We end the presentation of the Stejeris Boarding House with a feature which is not really visible for the eye of the visitor, but which defines the location, the biodiversity we support through a few measures: we do not treat flowers and trees with chemicals, we collect household waste selectively, the used oil is delivered for getting fuel and it is not spilled over into the environment.
